The sofa was uncomfortable and offered minimal support. A window next to the main door, despite being frosted, lets in unwanted light straight towards the bed, which affects sleep quality. A lack of washing up products if you plan to cook adds to the inconvenience.

The location was comfortable, at a short distance from The Church of the Good Shepherd. The room was brand-new and huge, the bed was comfortable.

The place was clean with a very very helpful staff with arogan receptionist. Our hotel was in an absolutely perfect location to Church of Shepard. And we were near New Zealand, the town center and historic attractions and a very good view of the lake, and Lake Tekapo...

Ope, the king-sized bed here was like sleeping on a cloud! Dave and Sue were super friendly, and the kitchenette was handy for making coffee in the morning. I coulda stayed forever just soaking up the views of the mountains. Only wish the sofa had a bit more cushion for lounging.

Everything about this hip new hotel was fantastic. The room was brand-new and neat, complete with minimalistic decor and a fabulous bed, as for instance. In general the service was superb! The facilities were good and easy to use.

The two-bedroom apartment had amazing views of the lake right from the balcony. It was just a short walk to the Church of the Good Shepherd. Breakfast at Jack Rabbit was delicious. We got a great discount for being guests. The room was spacious and beautifully clean.

I gotta say, we were blown away by the king-sized bed-like sleeping on a cloud,. The heated bathroom floor was something I never knew I needed until now. The views from our room were insane, snow-capped mountains, Lake Tekapo glistening like diamonds,,, it's something straight out of a postcard.

It was definitely costly,, but for what you get, it felt justifiable.

What a lovely stay! The apartment was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, with a gorgeous view. The staff were generally friendly, though one interaction felt a bit off. A great location and well-equipped kitchen made our trip enjoyable-just wish there were some extra touches like robes!

I loved staying in the two-bedroom apartment with its breathtaking views of the lake and the cozy spa tub that was perfect for unwinding after hiking. There’s a lovely walking track right next to the property and a guest laundry that was super handy. Just a heads up, the parking was a bit tight but it didn't really dampen my experience at all! 😊

I had another lovely stay here, just like last year! the location is super convenient, being just a short stroll to the Church of the Good Shepherd and the town center. We got a two-bedroom apartment on the upper floor with stunning views that my parents enjoyed, especially with the handy lift. the staff is fantastic, always friendly and helpful. Sue recommended some great local spots to eat, and housekeeping kept everything sparkling clean. Plus, the breakfasts were a nice touch!

The 10 AM check-out felt a bit rushed. A reminder call and having the door key stop working right at check-out time added a bit of stress to our departure.
